Executive Chef LJ Klink's Korean Street Taco Bulgogi with Asian Slaw was so good at the 2019 National Lentil Festival, that we wanted to stick our faces in the prep bowls and devour every bit of lentil goodness. The recipe calls for a combination of chicken and our Shasta yellow lentils, but a vegetarian version of the recipe is provided. Don't have Shasta lentils? Make it with our Sunrise red lentils.
